Little Cove Living products are all handmade, due to the nature of the natural and raw materials in many of our pieces, often no two pieces are exactly the same. Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colours may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products. The buyer accepts this when the order is placed. If you are not happy with your piece please contact us.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use a variety of carriers based on your order size and location. In-stock items usually ship the next day. If you place an order that contains out-of-stock items, you will be notified immediately. If there are any access issues that your delivery driver would need to be aware of, please notify us in the comments section at checkout. Please note Little Cove Living shall not be held liable for shipping delays that are beyond our control.
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. however, please contact us should you have any problems with your order. in the case of defect, please contact us for further instructions on exchanges. Any other exchange will be determined by each circumstance + the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do so by contacting us via the email address provided on our website or following the instructions on the marketing email communication.
During the sign up process to our database you are required to give certain information (such as name + email address). This information is only used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
To purchase from us, you must provide contact information (like name + shipping address) + financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes + to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
